Grape Salsa

Grape salsa, papayas and mangos


*2 cups chopped red seedless grapes (I prefer them chopped into quarters)
1/2 cup chopped green onion, including green portion (chives)
1/4 cup finely chopped pickled jalapenos
1/4 cup finely chopped roasted chilies (Anaheim, Serrano, or whatever you prefer)
*2 T chopped cilantro
*1 clove minced fresh garlic
1 t salt
*2 T red cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 t red pepper sauce
Mix all ingredients in bowl and store for at least one hour in fridge before serving with crackers, as side dish or alone.
